At this point the process has to be killed. In fact it never changes the time from 6 or 7 seconds that it hung at during the install. If the cancel button is clicked on the installation it changes to say it is rolling back however it doesn't. At no time does the process become "Not Reponding". I have waited up to 10 minutes for the installation to complete but it sits at 6 or 7 seconds remaining. 6476ĭuring the install the MSDE installation hangs. I've seen a couple of postings about the problem but I'm not sure if anyone has figured out how to resolve it. The person I spoke to at Sony said that they haven't run into any issues with the Media Manager MSDE installlation. I will follow up with support but in the meantime maybe someone here can help me. I sent the following to Email support after a phone call got me nowhere.
